GHOST Launches 2 New Protein Bar Flavors!
When it comes to lifestyle supplements, GHOST has never played it safe. From their legendary collabs with brands like Sour Patch Kids and Oreo to their unique takes on protein powders and energy drinks, the brand continues to dominate with bold innovation. Now, they’re leveling up in the functional food game with an expansion of the GHOST Protein Bar lineup.
GHOST Protein Bars — From Caramel to Classic Flavors
The original Ghost Protein Bar dropped with a Twix-inspired style — two snackable bars per pack with chocolate caramel flavoring. It was a solid start, offering around 20g of protein per serving and a sweet, candy-bar-like profile. While fans loved the taste, some noted the texture could use a little fine-tuning.
Now, GHOST is back with two new flavors that might just hit the sweet spot:
- Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Both flavors continue the candy-inspired vibe, packing the same 270 calories and 20g of protein. That’s slightly higher in calories than many protein bars on the market, but in true GHOST fashion, they’re not cutting corners on flavor or size.

Flavor Expectations
I haven’t had the chance to try these two new flavors just yet, but based on GHOST’s track record, there’s reason to be excited. Their original bar nailed the flavor, even if the texture was slightly off. If they’ve fine-tuned the formula for Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cookie Dough, these could certainly become some of the better-tasting protein bars on shelves.

Where to Buy Ghost Protein Bars
GHOST is rolling these bars out in stages, giving fans plenty of chances to grab them:
- October 1st → Launch on the GHOST website (4-packs & 12-packs, code STOLL saves 15%).
- Mid-October → Available at GNC and The Vitamin Shoppe in 12-packs.
- End of October → Hitting 7-Eleven locations nationwide.
- Early November → Expanding into Kroger stores.
With that kind of retail presence, expect GHOST Protein Bars to become one of the more accessible protein snacks out there.
Final Thoughts
With the launch of Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Ghost Protein Bars are carving out their place in the highly competitive protein snack market. While the macros lean a bit higher on calories, the brand’s commitment to flavor-first innovation makes them worth checking out.
Whether you’re grabbing them online with a discount code, or spotting them at GNC, 7-Eleven, or Kroger, these bars are set to be everywhere by the end of the year. If you’re a GHOST fan or just someone looking to upgrade their protein snack game, the new GHOST Protein Bars should definitely be on your radar.
