Ryse Sour Punch Energy Drink
Ryse Energy is back at it again, and this time they’re making waves with their brand-new Strawberry Sour Punch Straws energy drink flavor. If you’ve been keeping up, you know Ryse has solidified themselves as a trailblazer in the supplement world. They’ve gone from being the underdog to becoming one of the fastest-growing sports nutrition brands on the planet. A few years ago, they ventured into the energy drink game, and the rest is history. With bold flavors, a high-quality formula, and eye-catching branding, Ryse has carved out its place as a powerhouse in the industry.
The Strawberry Sour Punch Straws flavor marks the third collaboration between Ryse and Sour Punch Straws, joining fan favorites Blue Raspberry and Green Apple. For the record, Blue Raspberry was my top-rated energy drink for quite some time, until GHOST Welch's Grape swooped in and stole the crown earlier this year. That being said, Ryse’s knack for nailing flavor keeps every new launch fresh and exciting, and I have no doubt this one will be another winner. Fair warning, though—this flavor will only be available in select Walmart stores across Texas, Arkansas, and Florida for the time being.
Energy drinks sometimes get a bad rap in todays world, but I’d argue that Ryse Fuel is on par or even healthier than your standard cup of coffee. Here’s what’s in the mix:
Formula
- Caffeine: The backbone of any good energy drink. Ryse Fuel delivers just the right amount of caffeine for a clean, steady energy boost—no jitters, no crash.
- Taurine: This essential amino acid supports hydration, endurance, and performance. Whether you’re at the gym or powering through a busy day, taurine is your secret weapon.
- Choline Bitartrate: Choline bitartrate helps with focus and cognitive function, ensuring you’re not just physically energized but mentally sharp too.
On top of that, Ryse Fuel is sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly, so just about anyone can enjoy it guilt-free. A 12-pack typically goes for $29.99, which falls in line with the rest of the industry.

As mentioned earlier, the highly anticipated Ryse Sour Punch Energy Drink is launching as an exclusive release, available only at select Walmart locations in Texas, Florida, and Arkansas for now. Each pack of 12 typically retails for $29.99, making it a viable energy drink option for fans in those regions. While it’s not yet clear whether Ryse will offer the drink directly on their website or through their TikTok shop at a later date, for the time being, this is a Walmart-exclusive product.
