GHOST Protein Bars

GHOST Announces NEW Protein Bars Launching September 2025

GHOST has been on an absolute tear lately. Not long after the successful release of their Raspberry Cream Energy Drink, the lifestyle brand is back with another big move — the launch of their brand-new GHOST Protein Bars.

This marks GHOST’s second expansion into the functional food category, following the release of their popular protein cereal (which included a collab with Cinnamon Toast Crunch). But this time, the brand is breaking new ground with a dual-bar format that looks and feels like a protein-packed spin on a Twix.

If you’re a fan of GHOST supplements, snacks, or just love discovering the best new protein bars, here’s everything you need to know about the highly anticipated GHOST Protein Bars.

What Are GHOST Protein Bars?👻

The new GHOST Protein Bars are a layered, dual-bar protein snack that combines candy-bar indulgence with functional nutrition. Each pouch contains two smaller bars instead of one oversized bar, making it easier to snack, share, or save half for later.

According to GHOST, this is the first-ever layered protein bar in a dual-bar format, and it’s launching in some EPIC flavors. The first flavor officially announced is Chocolate Caramel, with two more flavors still under wraps.

GHOST Protein Bars Nutrition Facts💪🏻

One of the biggest callouts for GHOST’s upcoming release is that these are “protein bars that don’t suck.” In other words, they’re designed to taste like an actual candy bar without compromising on macros.

Here’s the breakdown per serving:

  • 20g protein
  • 2g sugar
  • 270 calories
  • Layered dual-bar format

This puts the GHOST Protein Bars right in line with other top-tier bars on the market, but with a unique spin on texture and format.

"GHOST® in its simplest form is the world's first lifestyle sports nutrition brand. The name GHOST® and mantra "be seen" come from that feeling of being behind the scenes and wanting to be heard, wanting to make an impact; we're all ghosts. This is our time.
