Banana Nut features 240 calories, 13g fat, 20g carbs, and 19g protein derived from whey concentrate, whey isolate, and collagen. Between its' ultra-dense texture, layer of vanilla icing, and admirable macronutrient profile - there's a lot to like about this thing. The combination of banana, brown sugar, and walnut works exceptionally well together and is enough to bring banana nut fans to their knees.
