Looking at the formula, AN Essential Pre covers the basics while still giving you a solid training experience. Each scoop delivers 200mg caffeine, 4g L-Citrulline Malate, 3g Creatine Monohydrate, 2g Beta-Alanine, and 400mg Taurine. On top of that, it includes 250mg of choline for focus and high doses of niacin and B12 to support energy. For an everyday pre, this lineup brings strong pumps, endurance, and energy without being over the top.
I was sent a tub of the new Chiquita Fruit Blend flavor, and honestly, it might be the best tasting AN product to date. Applied Nutritions New Essential Pre-workout has officially launched in Walmarts NATIONWIDE for only $22.97 for 30 servings per container.
Overall this Pre-workout is a great addition to the AN Supps line up. As of now this is my personal favorite flavor they have launched in the Chiquita collab outside of the Peanut Butter Banana Protein. It tastes as close to an actual juice beverage as any other product I have ever tried. If you are looking for a good starter Pre-workout or something with slightly less of a kick than a traditional Pre but still with adequate dosages of some of those main ingredients, this may have to be your next pickup! I almost forgot to mention this is also Informed Sport - Banned substance tested, meaning it is safe and cleared to use for any sporting activity from youth to professional.
