What are Grains of Paradise? Grains of Paradise, also known as Aframomum melegueta, is derived from the ginger family and is one of the most popular thermogenic ingredients on the market. It helps to increase metabolism, which aids in weight loss. 

Grains of Paradise's mechanism of action is unique, as it converts white adipose tissue (WAT) to brown adipose tissue (BAT). BAT is highly thermogenic and metabolically active. To note: the individuals rate of calories burned increased 300mg per day, which averaged out to be approximately 25 calories from just the one time 40mg dose.
